I’m a local and can be reached during your Nashville stay.
You’ll be staying in Sylvan Summit, known for its massive modern homes. If you will need easy direct access to downtown for work, or have to pop over to the Vanderbilt/Belmont area, you’ll have it all. There are several restaurants close by as well as, tennis, golf, volleyball courts, parks and indoor rock climbing.
Uber is a quick 2-3 mile ride costing on average $5-$17 depending on time of year and surge pricing. Bird scooters available in the area. Public transportation available in the area.
Please note, we use Noise Aware a noise monitoring service. This is to detect noise/sound levels only. It does not record words/voices. We use Noise Aware to conform with the local mandated quiet hours: 10pm-7am daily.

We had enough space to spread out, but also to come together for great laughs and family time. Shawnu2019s place was pristine – the kitchen and bathrooms were spotless, the bedrooms were so comfortable, and the decks outside the kitchens were amazing. It was easy to get to Vanderbilt (less than 5 min) and Broadway (less than 15 min) . We canu2019t thank Shawn enough for giving us the gift of a great space to be with family.”

“We had a large group and stayed in both homes. Everyone in the group loved the property! The kitchen was fully stocked and we loved to have breakfast on the deck outside the kitchen each morning. The beds were very comfortable. The house is well located and an easy Uber ride downtown or to midtown. The host was amazing and communicative. Would not hesitate to book again! The only concern I might mention is that if anyone in your group has mobility issues be aware there are several sets of stairs to reach the sleeping areas. I could have missed it in the original description and it was no problem for us but might be for some. Again, this is a beautiful property and perfectly set up for large groups”
