You'll be staying in Sylvan Summit, known for its massive modern homes. If you will need easy direct access to downtown for work, or have to pop over to the Vanderbilt/Belmont area, you'll have it all. There are several restaurants close by as well as, tennis, golf, volleyball courts, parks and indoor rock climbing.
Uber is a quick 2-3 mile ride costing on average $5-$17 depending on time of year and surge pricing. Bird scooters available in the area. Public transportation available in the area.
Please note, we use Noise Aware a noise monitoring service. This is to detect noise/sound levels only. It does not record words/voices. We use Noise Aware to conform with the local mandated quiet hours: 10pm-7am daily.
