When you arrive, we make sure the house is well lit, the temperature is just right, and the entire home is clean and welcoming to you/your group. We leave out extra cleaning supplies so you don’t have to buy them.
You’ll have a restful night (no bunkbeds here), plenty of closet space if you like to unpack when you travel and a luggage rack if you prefer to keep things in your suitcase.
You can expect lots of kitchen space and storage, pots/pans, and appliances if you prefer to stay in and cook. And if you would like to cater meals (we can connect you with a caterer) you’ll have lots of counter space.
If you are a medical professional, you’ll be close to Vanderbilt and St. Thomas Hospital. If you’re here for corporate travel, you can easily get to all of the office buildings downtown including the convention center. If you are here to visit your college student, you will be close to Belmont/Vanderbilt.

Our cleaners take pride in having this property sparkling clean.
We stock shampoo, conditioner, body wash, extra towels, laundry detergent, for your stay. We also provide coffee makers/filters (Mr. Coffee & Keurig) .
Other little things include:

There is parking behind the home for 2 cars and plenty of on street parking.

You’ll be staying in Nashville’s most desirable neighborhood nestled just minutes (just over 1 mile) away from Honky Tonk on Broadway and the infamous Gulch.
You’ll also be across from the Nashville Sounds Stadium, Titan’s Nissan Stadium, Top Golf, The Bicentennial Park (if you’d like to get outdoors and learn about the history of TN), The Nashville Farmer’s Market (always fabulous on the weekends and on Friday Nights), Grocery Shopping, and restaurants galore!

If you are coming in for work, you’ll be able to have a straight shot downtown and to the interstate.
With being under two miles away from Broadway, we highly recommend hoping into an Uber/Lyft. Lyft has a headquarters here, so we recommend them first (we still love Uber).
We have noise (level) monitoring devices due to Metro Nashville’s Quiet Hours of 10pm to 7am. This is to only monitor volume and not record. There are cameras located on the exterior of the property for guests.
“The home was fantastic! From the moment we walked in we were in awe, more beautiful than the pictures. More than enough space for the eight of us. We took advantage of the games and even played a few games of ping pong as it was raining out. The beds were so comfortable we all slept great. The house was very clean and decorated beautifully. Short ride to Broadway. Short walk to the farmers market and other amenities were close by. This was way better than staying in a hotel. A wonderful space to just hang out and relax before heading out. Wish we had a longer stay in Nashville as it was so peaceful coming back to the home. Would definitely stay here again! Thanks Shawn.”
