What make us different from the other properties you’ve been comparing?
Hospitality.
When you arrive, we make sure the house is well lit, the temperature is just right, and the entire home is clean and welcoming to you and your group. We leave out extra cleaning supplies/necessities so you don’t have to buy them.
We have bragging rights on how comfortable our beds are, so you can have a restful night (and of course….no bunkbeds. Do you really want to sleep with 6+ people in one room…while you’re on vacay?) You’ll have plenty of closet space if you like to unpack when you travel and a luggage rack if you prefer to keep things in your suitcase.
You can expect to have a lot of kitchen space, pots, pans, and appliances if you prefer to stay in and cook. And you like to cater (we can connect you with a caterer) you’ll have lots of counter space.
If you are a medical professional, you’ll be close to Vanderbilt and St. Thomas Hospital. If you’re here for corporate travel, you can easily get to all of the office buildings downtown, including the convention center. If you are here to visit your college student, you will be super close to Belmont/Vanderbilt.

I’m a local. You can reach me your entire time you are visiting Nashville.
Nestled in the Sylvan Summit neighborhood just west of Nashville’s Honky Tonk, Tootsies and the Country Music Hall of Fame are a quick drive from the property. The L&L Marketplace is also within easy reach for a 100-layer donut or a hot yoga class.
You can easily Uber or Lyft around town. Lyft does have a head quarters in Nashville, so as a local we do like to use Lyft as much as we can. Occasionally, you’ll see a Uber Scooter that you can rent…those things all over town and can go up to 17mph (wow).
We have noise (level) monitoring devices due to Metro Nashville’s Quiet Hours of 10pm to 7am. This is to only monitor volume and not record. There are cameras located on the exterior of the property for guests.
