I'm a local and can be reached during your Nashville stay. You'll be staying in Sylvan Summit, known for its massive modern homes. If you will need easy direct access to downtown for work, or have to pop over to the Vanderbilt/Belmont area, you'll have it all. There are several restaurants close by as well as, tennis, golf, volleyball courts, parks and indoor rock climbing. Uber is a quick 2-3 mile ride costing on average $5-$17 depending on time of year and surge pricing. Bird scooters available in the area. Public transportation available in the area. Please note, we use Noise Aware a noise monitoring service. This is to detect noise/sound levels only. It does not record words/voices. We use Noise Aware to conform with the local mandated quiet hours: 10pm-7am daily. .... We also have exterior cameras on property at entry points. We do not have cameras inside of the property.
